All return claims are to be reviewed and approved subject to the transaction within 30 days from purchase. To claim a return, you need to send us an email to support@seagullsindustrial.com or call us +1-949-519-2340 in order to issue an RMA if approved. We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee per item on non damaged and non defective items and have the right to deny a return claim.
